First of all we need to establish the difference between Greek yogurt and regular yogurt.

Because of that process, in composition we can find less sugar, carbohydrates but more protein, which gives a fullness feeling, as opposed to the same amount of regular yogurt, which leaves you feeling hungry. So this is an amazing asset to your diet!

This is an important ingredient for your hair masks because, massaged into the scalp, the Greek yogurt moisturizes and eliminates the dandruff after only 20 minutes.
Put Greek yogurt on your sunburns; the zinc helps calming the pain and cools the area.
The lactic acid in the yogurt helps moisturizing your skin. Apply it on the skin and wash it off after 20 minutes.
This wonder product banishes the acne after only 30 minutes on your face. But make it a regular thing for better results.
Add in it 1 tbs. honey and rub the mixture on your hands. This will moisturize them, leaving your hands feeling smooth and looking younger.
Use it in combination with grounded walnuts on your feet, as a scrub, relieving dry patches and calluses and moisturizing them at the same time.
When one of my beauty products is finished, I find myself mixing a “magic pot” for my needs and almost every time it includes Greek yogurt.
